Andrew Saunders is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur, specializing in the growth and development of niche alternative investment strategies.
Andrew is the Co-founder of Castle Hill Capital Partners, Inc. With his co-Founder Geoffrey Webster, Andrew has built Castle Hill into a premier placement agent platform, empowering capital-raising professionals to build successful businesses. Andrew is a strong advocate for asset mgmt salespeople to “go independent.”

Prior to launching Castle Hill in 2013, Andrew worked at a few financial services firms, the last of which was Lazard Capital Markets.
Andrew grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and graduated from Haverford College in 1993 with a degree in Economics. He studied abroad at the National University of Singapore from 90-91. Post-graduation, he lived in Southeast Asia for 4 years as a teacher in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and as an entrepreneur in Indonesia, where he observed Ramadan twice and traveled extensively in the region.
Andrew is married and has two adult children. He splits time between Brooklyn, NY, and Hillsdale, NY and as many ski hills as he can find before his knees give out.
